The veterinary technician is responsible for the on-site, daily health management of the animals at Dolphin Connection (DC) at Hawks Cay Resort, Duck Key, Florida under the direction of the Staff Veterinarians stationed at Gulf World Marine Park (GWMP) in Panama City Beach, Florida. The veterinary technician will also assist with any other task requested by the General Manager at Dolphin Connection during times when no health management duties are required. Dolphin Connection is a member of The Dolphin Company, which has over 30 marine parks in North and South America and Europe. The technician may be requested to spend time at other Dolphin Company facilities including, but not limited to Gulf World in Panama City Beach, FL, Marineland in St. Augustine, FL, and Miami Seaquarium in Miami, FL.
